Baked Ratatouille in Turkish
Any oil in the pan – summer baked in a fragrant sauce vegetables! From a cooking magazine (can't remember what)

Ingredients

  • Vegetables

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

  • Pepper white

  • Coriander

  • Melissa

Cut the vegetables into thin circles (on the Burner), slices of eggplant sprinkled with salt to remove the bitterness and the best propekaemost, wait 10 minutes and blot with a napkin or a little squeeze. Vegetables to lay out a Zebra

    Хороший рецепт, все очень вкусно получилось. Только один минус если готовить в электрической духовке, то время нужно увеличить почти вдвое.
