The Chinese cabbage salad with trout
Easy, delicious and beautiful salad!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Pomelo

    150 g

  • Trout

    150 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Garnet

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cabbage cut into strips. Need upper, tender part of the cabbage head. Put the first layer on a dish, which will serve the salad.

Bell pepper cut into strips and put on top of cabbage.

Trout, cut into thin strips, put on the pepper.

Pamela peeled and film, cut into small pieces and spread on fish.

Spread on top of pomegranate seeds.

For dressing mix olive oil, mustard, lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour salad dressing on top and garnish with sprig of parsley.
