Marinated mushrooms with vegetables - nice for a change...

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

  • Mushrooms

  • Onion

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Pepper

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the vegetables: cut to, and it is better to grate the onion - thin quarter-rings, carrot - sticks, celery - thin kruglyashi green pepper - thin strips

Heat oil in a thick-walled container (of course, better in a wok, but I haven't got a wok), fry the garlic until brown, throw it out and put in flavored oil vegetables and the chopped mushrooms. Fry 5 minutes, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
