Buckwheat in the East
A good recipe for a change country menu. You can submit as a side dish or a main dish.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    4 pack

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    1 pinch

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Boil 1 liter of water, add salt and drop it in the bags with buckwheat. Put the timer on 20 min.

A heated pan pour vegetable oil, add the cardamom seeds, finely chopped garlic and chilli. Fry 1 min.

Add the chopped onion. Fry 2 min.

Add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté 5 min.

Pour lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir and heat 2 min.

Pour the prepared buckwheat. Stir and, if necessary, add soy sauce.

Add chopped greens, stir and remove from heat. Bon appetit!
