Cooking
Large onion cut into slices. Cut the meat into pieces about the size of 2-3 cm.
In a heavy-bottomed pan fry the onions in sunflower oil. Add meat, salt, pepper, sprinkle of sweet paprika, mix well. Cover with a lid and on very low heat, simmer for 30 minutes. Meat will allocate juice and braised in their own juice. Stir occasionally and, if necessary, add a little water so it doesn't stick.
Chili pepper finely chop. Then you need to be careful and be guided by their tastes. If pepper is a very spicy, remove the seeds.
Tomatoes coarsely chop. If no fresh tomatoes, use canned in own juice (tin of 400 g). Bulgarian pepper cut into slices.
Tomatoes, bell pepper, chili and tomato paste; add to the meat, stir and simmer for another 30 minutes.
Peeled potatoes cut into rather coarsely, add to meat, mix well. Add water to almost cover the potatoes. After 10 minutes season with salt to taste, add your favorite spices and simmer until cooked meat and potatoes.
Beans drain in a sieve, rinse, add to pan, stir and after two minutes turn off the heat.
To give the stew to stand, covered for another 20 minutes, and then serve with fresh bread.
