Bulgur salad with citrus and hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    1 cup

  • Green bell pepper

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

  • Mint

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

The composition is well balanced in taste range - a combination of fresh cucumbers, sweet pepper and orange slices very harmonious and unconventional, and fresh mint adds sharpness and the hue. Bulgur pour boiling water, cover and leave for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the excess water is drained, squeeze the rump.

Fry plate of almonds (hazelnuts) in a dry frying pan.

Chop the fresh mint (instead of dried). Mix the salad, season with salt and pepper to taste.
