Zucchini in tomato gravy
Everyone in my family liked squash. Therefore, almost all year round we fry, stew, bake, add to soups and salads... Today I tell you how I put the courgettes with vegetables and herbs in tomato gravy. This dish is delicious both hot and cold. I recommend in the post (no sour cream, of course).

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato juice

    250 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

Cooking

Zucchini cut in rings, fry in sunflower oil.

Put in the pan, which will extinguish.

Carrots cut into strips, onion finely. Fried.

Add the pepper and tomato juice. Fry for 5 minutes.

Pour the finished sauce zucchini. Put on a slow fire. If little liquid - you can add a little boiling water. The carcass 10 minutes.
