Gurian cabbage
For those, who like spicy. And for those who do not like to salt the cabbage barrels, but loves enjoyed to strong drinks, something!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Cabbage to wash, remove the upper leaves, cut the stalk and cut into large pieces.

Beets peel and also cut into big pieces. Clean the garlic. I love that the garlic was a lot, so it takes me 1 cans (1 cabbage) 1 head of garlic.

Prepared in clean, scalded - can put the cabbage and beets in layers: first to the bottom of a can beet a few slices, the garlic, and then tightly stacked a few pieces of cabbage. Then again, beets and cabbage again.

Cook the marinade: in boiling water add all the ingredients - salt, sugar, vegetable oil and Apple cider vinegar, and red pepper (if you don't have Cayenne. If there is snow - so 1 pod you put in each can!). Bring it all to a boil and once hot pour our cabbage.
