Delicious and the same unusually healthy salad based on fresh vegetables. Orange and interesting vinaigrette lend a unique taste, try; )

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Olives

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Yellow bell pepper

    1 piece

Cooking

Shinkuem cabbage.

Cut celery stalks in thin rings. Add to the cabbage.

Add the chopped small cubes of tomatoes and peppers.

Orange clean from films and cut into small pieces. Add to the salad.

Then add onion, cut into quarter-rings and olives.

For the filling mix the olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, Basil and oregano. I have sweet soy sauce, it is less salty, but I still salt is not added. The salad turns out almost unsalted, so add salt to taste. Refillable salad and stir.
