Baba shabanina of perch
The recipe is simple, ingredients is minimal. It turns out very tasty. Personally my husband for this recipe compliments weighed a huge amount. Recipe from the book Alesya Ivanova, "Ukrainian home cooking".

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1.2 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 l

Carrots, parsley and peel the onion and bake in a pan.

Perch is cleaned of scale, remove the entrails, wash, dry and cut into pieces.

Vegetables, the head, the tail to fill with water and put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Cook for 30 minutes. Put the fish and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the fish, discard the head, tail, vegetables. Strain the broth and cook over high heat until the broth is reduced to 3 times. Cool the broth.

Onions finely chop, fry in oil until Golden brown.

Fish disassembled into pieces without bones, salt and pepper and spread in a greased form.

Sift the flour into a bowl, add fried onion, salt and knead the dough, gradually adding the fish stock. The batter should be thick non-greasy cream. Pour batter fish and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
