Salmon steaks in cream sauce
Very gentle, beautiful, and quick dish! The secret is in the sauce!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    3 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cherry tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Salmon steaks season with salt and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then fry both sides in vegetable oil until it will turn brown.

In a small saucepan bring to boil the cream, season with salt and pepper and boil on low heat until thick. While stirring continuously. To me it is easier to do with a whisk.

Add finely chopped dill...

... and quarters of tomatoes. Stir again.

Put the fish on the plate and pour hot sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice and vegetables.
