Bun
Pastry based on yeast dough! The biscuits are soft, fluffy and extremely tasty.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    100 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 kg

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepared and approached the dough (the dough specified in the recipe)

Cut the dough into balls any size (the bigger the bulb, the bigger the bun)

With a rolling pin roll out the dough, pour oil and evenly sprinkle with sugar

Tight trying to tighten the dough into a "sausage"

Get a tight twist

Put "sausage" in half and tightly fasten the folded ends

Cut the product, but not until the end
