Vegetable salad
This salad is perfection! It is so juicy, so fresh and so tasty that you will prepare it again and again.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    10 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Chickpeas

    150 g

  • Greens

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sumy

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Chickpeas soak overnight and boiled (can use canned). Vegetables: cucumbers cut into small cubes, thin radish slices, red onion cut into half rings, bell pepper (red) cut into strips.

Mix all ingredients for salad in a large bowl. Add any greens.

In another bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce "Kikkoman", wine vinegar, add to taste sumac and pepper mixture.

Pour salad dressing and mix well.
