Tartlets with squid
A simple filling of bacon and eggs cooked very quickly, but looks impressive because of the filing of the tartlets. All fans of squid give it a try! Very tender and tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    240 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Tartlet

    9 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Caviar black

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 slice

Cooking

Onions finely chop. Pour over boiling water.

Marinate in rice vinegar until the eggs are cooked.

With canned squid, drain and grind in a blender.

To do the same with eggs.

With Luke drain the marinade and send to the squid with eggs, mayonnaise and soy sauce. Mix well.

The tartlets to fill kalimanova salad. Decorate with caviar and peppers.
