Salad
I suggest to try this wonderful salad. Part of it is quite simple and delicious. The first time I made a salad of couscous and I loved it. By the way, this salad could easily replace a dinner.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Couscous

    0.5 cup

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Half of the beets grate on a fine grater.

Couscous pour boiling water in the ratio 1:2, leave for 5 minute. Then loosen with a fork.

Prepared couscous mixed with grated beets, add chopped 2 cloves of garlic, salt and mix well.

Clean the fish from bones and skin, cut into small pieces.

2/3 of the beet couscous put in a mold, make a hole and place the prepared fish

Top to close the remaining couscous. Cover mould with plate and turn the salad onto a plate, remove the mold.

The remaining half beetroot grind in a blender along with a clove of garlic, add mayonnaise. Smear the cream top and sides of salad. Decorate to your taste. Bon appetit!
