Beet salad with grapefruit and cranberries
In the spring we want to replenish the body with vitamins, to gather new strength. And while not mass season vegetables - I suggest this delicious light salad!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    100 g

  • Grapefruit

    70 g

  • Red onion

    50 g

  • Cranberries

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    3 piece

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard seeds

    1 pinch

  • Oil mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Grapefruit is free from films and cut into cubes

Steam the prunes and chop finely

Boiled beets cut into cubes, finely chop red onion, add the grapefruit, cranberries and prunes

For the filling mix the honey, soy sauce "Kikkoman", prepared mustard and mustard seeds, grapefruit juice, and butter

Dress the salad and serve!
