Assorted cupcakes
Basic dough recipe taken from the magazine "Bread&Salt", supplemented by my boundless imagination and presented to your table. Three types of cupcakes - basic, coconut and chocolate. Three kinds of cream, lime, cranberry and chocolate-coffee.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    20 g

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    20 g

  • Chocolate milk

    40 g

  • Cream

    10 ml

The flour and baking powder combine and pass through a sieve so that the dough was airy. Preheat the oven to 180 C Radus.

Beat the egg and add brown sugar.

Beat the eggs with the sugar into foam.

Melt the butter and add the dough.

Enter the yoghurt and vanilla sugar or essence.

Knead the dough consistency like thick cream. This is our basic dough. Now divide it into 3 parts. One leave classic.

In another part of the test, add coconut flakes.

In the third part of the cocoa and if you like it sweeter, a little more powdered sugar.

Ready dough to fill half the molds for cupcakes and send in the oven. I got 10 PCs.

Cupcakes are cooked 15-20 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Prepare the base for the cream: mix the mascarpone and icing sugar.

In one part of the cream add a little lime zest.

This cream goes perfectly with the coconut cupcakes.

Our cream No. 2: skip the cranberries through a sieve. Juice add to the mascarpone cream.

The third cream: melt chocolate with cream, cool and mix with mascarpone cream.
