Cooking
To prepare the marinade: Mix the juice of half a lemon, soy sauce, pepper, paprika, vegetable oil.
Pork cut into pieces, pour the marinade and leave for 2 hours.
To make the sauce: Avocado clean, cut into pieces, the parsley, remove sprigs, add the juice of half a lemon, vegetable oil, salt. All blandora grind until smooth.
The meat is skewered on wooden skewers (previously soaked in water). At the bottom of the refractory form, pour the remaining marinade on the form to put the skewers with pork and put in hot oven for 30 minutes.
