Very aromatic yeast pancakes. Delicate, moderately sweet dough with small pieces of Apple and unique aroma of cinnamon - just yum! Especially loved these pancakes children.

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Sift in a bowl the flour together with the baking soda and yeast, stir. I yeast use dry yeast SAF-moment. Mix thoroughly, cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
After an hour add oil, stir.
Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Apples cut into small cubes, add vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
Lubricate the pan with oil. Pour a little test. While the pancake baked on one side, on the second put a spoonful of apples.
Turn over and bake the other side.
