Meat casserole with cheese and egg
A delicious and hearty zapekanka. Perfect dinner for a weekend.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    750 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cheese

    75 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

The stuffing I made myself from pork and chicken meat. Loaf cleaned from crusts and soak in water until soft, squeeze. A loaf of bread to add to the stuffing. Then egg, garlic (through chesnokodavilku), pepper, spices. Knead well.

For the first filling of cheese cut into small pieces. For the second egg cut into slices. For third - hard cheese grate on a coarse grater. Greens grind. The egg slightly beat with a fork, add sour cream, mustard, herbs, cheese, salt and pepper. All carefully stir.

In the form, greased with oil, spread 1/3 of the meat. From above to lay out slices of cheese.

Then another 1/3 of the minced meat and sliced egg.

Again, the meat and cheese and sour cream filling.

Cover the form with foil and bake for about 30-40 minutes, then remove the foil and leave to bake for another 10-15 minutes until Browning.
