Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Vermicelli

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.3 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 l

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, boil until tender in salted water, dry under cover over low heat until whitening, RUB through a sieve.

Add the nutmeg, pepper, butter and slightly warm, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool.

Add the 4 yolks and the chopped ham. Knead well. If it is watery, add flour.

Proteins and the remaining 2 eggs beat together with salt.

Vermicelli pound until fine crumbs, add flour and pepper.

The resulting mass lay out on a floured surface and form a sausage with a diameter of 1.5-2 cm. Cut sausage into small oblong pieces. Each piece roll in flour, then dipped in egg and breaded with vermicelli mixture.
