Pear pie with yogurty fill
Level: easy, Fast and very, very Tasty! Crisp, but tender inside, a bit fill with delicious pears... Bliss! Come for tea!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    1 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Semolina

    10 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

I had a rectangle of prepared puff pastry measuring 30 x 20 see the Dough a little roll out, place in a rectangular shape and slightly flatten it to the edges. Sprinkle the top with flour using a strainer.

Pear peel and core and cut into small slices.

Beat the egg with sugar white.

Add the yogurt and mix thoroughly.

Mix the flour, baking powder and

Semolina.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly.

Pour the filling over the dough and spread pear. The edges of the dough I slightly bent. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Bake until Golden brown.

Allow to cool completely, to get out of shape and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
