Cooking
Kohlrabi cleaned, cut into slices 5 mm in 5 minutes, blanch in boiling salted water. Drain in a colander. On half of the slices of kohlrabi lay sliced cheese. Cover the second half of the kohlrabi slices.
Roll our "sandwiches" first in flour, then in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in a well heated vegetable oil for 4 minutes on each side until Golden brown.
