Love the oat cakes... and Apple! This cake is two in one. Tender, flavorful and most importantly - not troublesome to prepare. A minimum of effort, and the result is sure to delight! Stuffed experimented and cooked with apricots and plums, two options are good!) In the filling, the sugar is not added, everything is in harmony. The amount of ingredients is in the form of a 20x20 cm

Ingredients

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    70 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Sugar

    110 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Salt

In a bowl sift the flour with the baking powder. Add salt, sugar, cereal. Mix well.

Add to flour mixture the butter, cut into pieces and grind into crumbs.

Apples (better to take sour-sweet and aromatic, about 3-4 medium) wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

The form to lay baking paper so that the edges of the paper hanging down 2-3 cm Spread on the bottom 2/3 of the flour crumbs. Spread evenly over the bottom and press down lightly with your hands.
