I came across this salad and, to be honest, nothing particularly interesting is not expected... but was I wrong! It's just a blast of freshness and Goodies, which blew me away! I would be glad if You can appreciate this wonderful salad!

Our ingredients for a future salad
Cucumbers cut into thin wedges and sprinkle with salt on a paper towel to leave excess liquid. Leave for 10 minutes.
Dlinnenkie beef cut into cubes and fry in olive oil for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Pepper cut into thin strips
Thinly chop celery and onions - feathers. Add to peppers.
Sprinkle with sugar and coriander, stir gently.
The meat is ready to be sent to the vegetables and there also add the cucumbers, previously wrung out excess liquid and blotting with a paper towel. Add the finely sliced garlic and green onions, wine vinegar and soy sauce. Gently mix the salad, cover with cling film and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.
