Chicken breast
Very light and juicy chicken Breasts in orange sauce. A minimal amount of fat, for those who lead an active lifestyle and at the same time keeping fit!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    50 g

  • Spices

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    0.5 tsp

From 1/2 of the orange, squeeze the juice, mix with wine, salt, pepper, olive oil, cheese and onion rings and marinate in the marinade chicken Breasts (at night).

In a fireproof dish, spread sliced the other half of the orange, chopped tomatoes, pour the marinade,

Lay out the Breasts, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C 30 minutes, turning the Breasts a couple of times.

Take out the Breasts in the marinade add the flour, diluted with cold water (2-3 tsp), and heated until thick, stirring occasionally (3-5 min.)

The resulting sauce pour on the chicken breast and serve.
