Tried these balls, visiting friends. Found this recipe was my friend somewhere in the vastness of the net (which site - I will not say because I do not know). The recipe, of course, I copied, but.... the amount of ingredients I had to pick the most because I was given only the products themselves. And that's what I did.... I beg to love and favor.

Cooking
So, in the ingredients I wrote only the composition of the products, and the APPROXIMATE amount of the ingredients I'll point directly to the recipe. Balls No. 1 to Three on a grater processed cheese(2pcs),boiled eggs(4 PCs)+garlic(to taste)+mayonnaise
All mix well. Formed small balls into each put the green olives and roll the ball in finely chopped herbs.
Balls No. 2. Three on a large grater boiled carrots (2 medium), proteins (4pcs) and cheese (50g) + garlic (to taste) and mayonnaise.
All mix well and also shape the meatballs.
Balls number 3. Three on a fine grater fresh carrots (2 medium pieces), cottage cheese (1pc) and finely chop the yellow bell pepper (about polperro) + mayonnaise and garlic (to taste).
Balls No. 4. Three on a large grater beets (2 medium pieces) + walnuts, prunes and garlic (to your taste) and mayonnaise.
Mix everything and make balls.
Marbles No. 5. On a fine grater three beets (2 medium), egg yolks (4 pieces), finely chop the herring (approximately 100-150g) + mayonnaise.
Mix everything together and form balls.
When all of our eateries balls are ready, take the dish and put the balls on it as you imagination allows. Decorate with greens, lettuce. And set before serving in the refrigerator.
