Cooking
Carrots three on a coarse grater.
In a pan heat milk with 1 tbsp butter, spread the carrots and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour semolina, stir, allow to cool.
For the filling: raisins pour boiling water for 10 minutes.
In a pan fry in butter (1 tbsp) 4 minutes, raisins, peeled and finely chopped Apple and walnuts, chopped with a knife.
Do cakes from carrot pulp, in the middle put the filling and close it.
Dip them in flour and fry in butter for 3 minutes on each side.
