Cooking
Cut the pork meat across the grain into portion steaks. To beat. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare three cups–bowls: flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Dip pork chops first in the flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry the meat in hot oil until Golden brown about 2 minutes on each side.
Boil the rice in Japanese.
To make the sauce. In a saucepan mix the soy sauce, chicken broth, mirin, sugar. Add the onion, sliced. Boil for a few minutes. Sugar is added to taste to lightly neutralized the salty taste of soy sauce. Chicken broth can replace water, but the taste of the sauce will not be as intense.
Finely shred the cabbage. Fold it in a bowl and pour boiling water, cover and leave for 3-5 minutes. This will make the cabbage more crisp. Roasted pork cut into long strips. Served our meal. In a bowl put rice. Top - cabbage, meat, onions. Pour the sauce, sprinkle with parsley. Ready!
