Celebrate small yubileychik - 50th recipe. Never even dreamed of. Thought for 10 throw....... so, you go to a piece of cake, went to put tea.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    600 ml

  • Sugar

  • Nuts

    400 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

Make walnut-caramel decoration. To do this in a saucepan mix all the ingredients. With constant stirring, over medium heat, boil 5 min.-10.

Put the mass into the form and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 175*C. let it Cool and slice.

For the batter - beat well the eggs with a mixer, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. All 2 minutes on a good way. Flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts mix and half the weight to add to eggs, stir and pour the other half. Also stir until smooth. Put into a form and bake at 200*C .

Make the cream. This cream whipped with 1 tbsp sugar. Leave a little cream for decoration. Grate chocolate and add to cream.
