Rice pudding with caramel crust
Offer to cook flavored rice pudding with Apple, raspberry and caramel crust on top.

First, prepare the Apple layer. My apples, peeled, rubbed on a coarse grater. In a frying pan in butter a little bit the carcass of the grated apples with sugar and lemon juice to evaporate excess moisture.

Cook the rice layer. In a saucepan pour the milk, add rice, sugar, salt and cook porridge.

I give porridge to cool.

For porridge add eggs and vanilla, mix.

Form (the size of my form 16*23 cm) smeared with butter. Spread half of the rice layer, level the surface. Then spread the Apple layer, level the surface.

Spread the remaining rice layer.

Prepare the fill. Mix sour cream, brown sugar and vanilla.

Distribute the filling on top of rice layer.

Bake the casserole in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes. Served in a casserole, garnished with lemon balm or mint. Bon appétit!
