Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Melt the butter in a frying pan with high edges (the pan or any other container suitable for use in the oven)

Add to the pan washed buckwheat and deep fried, stirring, for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Pour the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste.

Add the hot milk and stir, put in the preheated oven for evaporation of 1.5-2 hours (closer to the middle of the cooking time heat to reduce).

Cereal is covered with a thin brown breast tape, which is easy to remove.

And you can eat! Very tasty and so, but you can add milk or grated cheese.
