This is my first recipe on the Pillsbury. So do not judge strictly. Recipes of meatballs full on the website, but this is no ordinary meatballs, though, because they just "not teftelka"! Source - Internet and my imagination.

Cooking
Them in a meat grinder meat, bread, garlic. Cook the rice until tender. Mix everything together (here I'm not anyone's discovered anything new).
In forcemeat add the tomato sauce and egg, salt, pepper, mix everything.
Fry in vegetable oil onion.
Add the onion to the mince and mix everything thoroughly.
With a spoon spread a free-form meatballs. It is important that they were similar to the schnitzel (it was thin). And fry quickly on both sides. If meatballs fall apart, you can add flour.
While fried meatballs, thinly cut tomatoes, three grated some carrots and cheese.
Spread on a sheet, greased with butter, meatballs.
Put on top of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with marcovicci, grated cheese, herbs, dried herbs (my Italian set).
Make the gravy: sour cream, tomato sauce, broth, stir and pour the meatballs.
And in a preheated 200 deg duhovochku to simmer for 15 minutes.
