And again, I come to You with fish. Husband laughs, I guess, we have desserts, too, soon will be fish. The dumplings turned out so tender that just melted in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Trout

  • Fat

    0.33 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

Peel the onion, bacon cut into pieces (let it be slightly frozen - it is easier to scroll).

Minced salt, pepper, mix thoroughly.

Milk (I warm it, so the dough becomes more elastic and lighter is made), eggs and flour knead dumpling dough.

...and make dumplings. Anyone have pelmennica - the process is much simpler. As when cooking any fish dumplings stuffing is not very thick, which complicates the modelling.
