Description
This is a recipe from my childhood. Who grew up in the 80-ies, must remember what the store was sparse, and mothers indulged their children with recipes for home-made origin. One of the dishes was the pancakes with jam, but if something is left from the pancakes, the next morning, we were woken up the smell of the casseroles of yesterday's pancakes. It was delicious - juicy, tasty, homemade with a glass of milk... today, this recipe I often helps.

Cooking
Fry the crepes according to your favorite recipe.
Prepare the sauce. Whisk until smooth 4 tbsp sour cream 4 eggs and 2 tbsp milk, add salt, sugar. Here you need to decide whether you want a sweet pie or not. If you have a sweet version, add sugar to taste. I will NOT be a sweet option. Then every damn dip completely in the mixture. Bathe him well, and then fold four times and place in the pan, greased with vegetable oil.
Stack the pancakes in a circle. Of course, nowadays cheese is freely available, and therefore, my mother just each layer sprinkled with sugar and put small pieces of butter. Today I cook sweet NOT option, so in addition sprinkled cheese. (By the way, it is possible to mix a hard cheese cheese type "Adyghe" or cheese - also delicious). On top lay the second layer of pancakes and also put small pieces of butter and cheese Wake (or just sugar) and so until, until pancakes or you are going to reach the top of the pan.
Cover the top pancake. Pour the remaining filling on top of everything. See, I have pan 17 mm in diameter. If you have more than frying pancakes, or more, may require more fill.
Then my mom covered the pan with a lid and put on the stove on a very small fire. Casserole set, and the lower crepes preserialize. These pancakes were always a matter of "DRAC" )) we sister. They were delicious, crispy, delicious... these kind of chips of the 80s. I just put the frying pan in a well heated oven under the top grill for 5 minutes.
The finished pudding cut and served. Hot she's so "cheesy", whether that is cheese, very juicy and rich. Very similar to caburni to taste. And in the cold it perfectly pressed and cut into any pieces. Keeps excellent shape, not falling apart. Cold you can take it with you on trips or to a picnic - and satisfying, and tasty. Highly recommend this pudding. Try it, you will not regret.
