On occasion, but more often without, I love to look back, where you can buy my favorite pastries - delicate Apple pie, which was and still is my favorite Apple desserts. Yes, products a lot, but believe me, the recipe is worth it. Well, I forgot the crackers to show...
Sift flour with baking powder, add 125 g of sugar, salt, butter (margarine) and 2 eggs.

A large part of dough roll out with a diameter of 32 cm is rolled between two sheets of baking paper - so much more convenient.
The dough is placed in the form distributed, making the sides the full height of the form (6-7 cm). Pinned with a fork and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Evenly spread on top the Apple filling.
Whisk yolk with 1 tbsp cream. The free edge of the sides of the cake pressed against the apples and brush with part of the yolk-butter mixture.
A smaller part of the dough roll out the diameter of the mold (26 cm), transfer the apples and semipaved the edges of the cake. I helped myself with a fork, pressing the dough on the sides. Grease pie with remaining yolk mixture and make frequent nakoly with a fork. Oven preheated to 200 gr. bake for 50 minutes.
Take out of the oven. Give the cake to cool slightly. Gently dismissed from the split ring. What, huh?
50 g of powdered sugar, dilute 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice. In any direction cover the cake with icing. The edge of the pie, I sprinkled with decorative sugar.
