Shrimp in a cheese and cream sauce
Delicious hot appetizer with a spicy sauce. The recipe is from the magazine "Women's secrets" from the chef of one of Moscow restaurants.

Ingredients

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Chili

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Parsley

Shrimp clear from the shell and pan-fried in a mixture of olive oil and butter with chopped garlic and chili.

Pour the cream and a little evaporated.

Add slices of cheese and spices, mix well.
