The secret of the pie caramelized apples, covered with batter and after baking turned upside down. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    40 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple

    500 g

In the flour put the cold butter and all finely chopped with a knife. Add sour cream and water.

Knead the dough, wrap it in foil and put 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Wash apples, cut into four pieces and remove the core.

In a cast iron skillet, melt the butter for the filling. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sugar and arrange the apples slices down.

Simmer on high heat for 10 minutes. Apples flip and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Remove the dough from the fridge, roll it out, cover with apples, podotknul the edges of the dough inside.

Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated 200*With the oven. The finished cake remove from the oven and leave for 20 minutes.

Then cover the dish, gently flip.
