Cooking
Sift flour and mix with baking soda and baking powder.
Beat softened butter with sugar until creamy.
Still whisking, add the eggs one by one.
Then add a portion of sour cream - mix well, add part of the flour - stir and so to do it 3-4 time (the dough a long time to interrupt), as soon as all the sour cream and flour sold - ready.
For the filling: mix the flour with the sugar (original - brown), add the butter and RUB into crumbs.
Add the raisins (in the original walnuts), and mix well.
In the prepared form (diameter 26 cm) to shift half of the dough, spread it on the dough evenly pour half of the filling.
Spread rest of batter, smooth the top and sprinkle with rest of filling.
Bake until ready at a temperature of 180 degrees.
