The ice of melon and champagne
Romance. Recipe from the book for the contest "Sweet taste of summer"

Ingredients

  • Melon

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Champagne

    250 ml

  • Cognac

Need or a long melon or 2 small round. To buy better to choose the most delicious :)

From cook sugar syrup. 2 tablespoons sugar + 2 tablespoons of warm water until it becomes transparent

A melon cut in half, if round - cut cover, clean from seeds.

With a spoon remove the pulp from the melon. Grind the pulp in a blender or RUB through a strainer. Peel the melons to put in the freezer or in the refrigerator(if no space)

In the puree add the lemon juice, sugar syrup (let it cool down), stir again

Pour all in long form (so will freeze evenly), pour in champagne (half the volume of the melon puree), stir and put in the freezer.

Ice in an hour mix in the fridge, then an hour to mix. But, in General, it is not necessary. In about 3 hours the ice is ready. It should be mixed with a fork and put in our form of crusts melon. Form before that, sprinkle with cognac.
