It is rather a snack, but you can eat Brawn and garnish. My mom found it in some magazine a few years ago and I liked it so much flavor that I decided to share this recipe with you. Maybe he looks scary, but insanely delicious

Chop the liver and bacon in small cubes, as in the photo (the fat can be cut even smaller)

Mix all ingredients: liver, bacon, carrots, semolina, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well
