Snack
Very interesting, unusual ingredients snack. But surprisingly harmonious: sour-sweet prunes, salty feta, and an interesting sauce and crunchy sesame seeds are a unique combination. Perfectly with wine.

Ingredients

  • Prunes

    0.5 cup

  • Balsamic

    30 ml

  • Soy sauce

    10 ml

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Feta

    30 g

  • Sesame

  • Mint

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

I did half portions. Prunes pour boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes until tender.

Mix balsamic vinegar and sweet soy sauce.

Drain the water from the prunes, put the prunes into a pan. Add the sauce, reheat over medium heat. Keep on the heat until then, until the sauce thickens. Don't forget to stir constantly to avoid burning! It took me 3 minutes. In the end, add dried Basil and mint and mix thoroughly.

On dish put the prunes, sprinkle the chopped feta (I crushed with a fork).

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, toasted until Golden in a dry frying pan.

Should preferably be provided in the form of heat!
