Remember, as show in "White sun of the desert" said? "The master has appointed me his beloved wife!" Today, the Lord also appointed me to his beloved (and loving) wife .... Everything to Him! This delicate, slightly spicy, tangy fish – like Love itself... For the contest "give me tonight".

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    6 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Fish fillet cut into long pieces 5 cm wide.

Onions and carrots cut into cubes, chili rings. Fillet lightly prisolit. In a saucepan with a thick bottom put half of the total weight of fish, then half of vegetables, 3 Bay leaves.

Then lay the next layer of fish, vegetables and again 3 Bay leaves. Obessudte tomatoes and RUB through a sieve (or blenderwiki). Add vegetable oil, almost all the sugar and salt.

Pour the prepared tomato puree fish with vegetables. Cook over a high heat for 5 minutes. Then close the lid and simmer on moderate heat for another 10 minutes.

Prepare spicy dressing. Greens to chop, garlic to clean. To blindasabat mixture of herbs and garlic, add the lime juice and a pinch of sugar.

Fish place portions on dishes, top off with spicy green dressing with lime.

Serve portions, gently laying on the platter and grabbing a layer of green vegetables and spicy dressings
