A tasty casserole from simple products.

Cook polenta (Hominy) In a pot, boil 1 litre of water, put salt. Stirring with a whisk to make into boiling water and a funnel, gradually pour the flour. Cook, constantly stirring with a wooden spoon, 25-30 minutes. Split mold rinsed with cold water, pour it into the polenta.
