Broccoli in Chinese
Gai LAN - the Chinese call the plant in appearance and taste very similar to broccoli. To me this dish is liked for its versatility. Equally delicious hot or cold, alone and with a side dish!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    300 g

  • Ginger

    3 share

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Wine white sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Cumin

    2 pinch

Cooking

Ginger and garlic peel and finely chop.

Finely chop the broccoli.

On a heated pan in vegetable oil fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

Add the mushrooms and fry for another 3 minutes (I had frozen mushrooms, actually you can use any mushrooms)

Then add the broccoli and fry for another 5 minutes.

Starch dilute in 2 tbsp water.

Next to the broccoli and mushrooms, add soy sauce, wine, diluted starch, a mixture of peppers, mash a couple of pinches of cumin. Stir, let the sauce slightly thicken and remove from heat. Then put all on a dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
