Even though I live 30 kilometers from Moscow, but in our village, on the eve of the New year, from the sale of lost bread... But I found a way out! Serves instead of bread, wonderful eateries muffins with sausage, olives and cottage cheese! Very tasty!

Cooking
Sausage cut into small cubes, olives - rings. Hazelnut grind.
In a large bowl mix the prepared sausage, nuts and olives. Add yogurt, cottage cheese and eggs. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
Enter the sifted with the baking powder and flour, knead the dough (the consistency is like thick cream).
Muffin tins greased with butter (or paste them in paper bake cups), put them in the batter, filling 2/3 full. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake for 30-35 minutes.
