Fish-rice loaf
Fish on our family table - a frequent visitor. So I try to present it in a new form. Share a recipe of snack roulade fish fillet and rice. Roll not easy - even with the stuffing. Can apply even for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    450 g

  • Figure

    5 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • The processed cheese

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Fish fillets, boil and mince. Add the grated carrots. Mix well.

Pre-cooked rice in a bag added to the fish fillet. Stir.

Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil. Add the fish, stir. Add the soy sauce and coriander, stir.

Melt in the pan butter. Add fish mass and stir. Simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Cool.

Eggs boil and grind to a fine grater. Add the grated garlic and sour cream, stir.

Fish weight make the seam thickness 1 cm on the cooking foil. Spread along the edge of the filling.

Turn the loaf and wrap with foil. Refrigerated for 8 hours or overnight.
