Fish roulade
Delicious, hearty dish. Does not require a lot of cost and time.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    600 g

  • Crackers

    50 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fish fillet,1 onion,soaked in milk and pressed breadcrumbs,mince, add salt,pepper and egg and knead the mass.Add the melted butter(or sour cream).

Potatoes to grate(for Korean carrot).

Fry in hot vegetable oil,stirring constantly(salt,pepper).

Onions chop and fry,add chopped mushrooms+salt,pepper.

On clean,damp napkin to lay fish forcemeat and smooth.

In the center put the potatoes on top of the mushrooms.

Wet hands formed into a "loaf"helping with a towel.

The form of grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs,to pass the "baton".To grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees,about 30-35 minutes.Once the cheese is brown,"baton" that you can get.
