Cooking
Make the starter: in warm milk bred yeast, salt, sugar, 2-3 tbsp flour. Leave in a warm place until the foam (I'm under the pot with the leaven put a glass of hot water)
In ready starter add vinegar (grape or Apple), stir
And slowly add flour, vimosewa well
