Delicious salad, I especially recommend it to fans of rolls, because the components of the salad is almost identical to the composition of California rolls with shrimp and taste very similar.

Cooking
Wash rice until transparent, pour a glass of water and put to boil on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Shrimp, rinse, cover with water, add pepper, Bay leaf and put to boil for 2-3 minutes. Ready shrimp discard in a colander, rinse, clean.
Pepper and cucumber wash and cut into strips.
Iceberg lettuce, wash, tear into pieces and dry on a towel.
Cooked rice to cool, add the masago and stir well.
Ginger cut into small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients of salad and mix.
Prepare the salad dressing. To do this in a saucepan pour the soy sauce, then add rice vinegar and wasabi and mix well.
Before serving, slice the seaweed into small pieces. I use seaweed, not nori sheets, because I think it is more crisp and brittle, and more suitable for salads.
